A nice location but we regret our decision to live here. The cost of rent is ridiculous for the quality that you get. Our apartment was crawling with thousands of ants, our refridgerator didn’t work, and the customer service is frustrating. We were promised a $ 500 referral from Pendleton when our friends referred us. However, when we asked why we did not get the $ 500 they came up with some lame excuse that they forgot. Then it got lowered to $ 400 and we have to wait 6 months.
My advice would be to go somewhere else where your money will be better spent. We continue to be frustrated with the service and quality after spending over $ 900/​month for rent.
