Painfully understaffed. Can’t tell you how their products taste since I didn’t even get a hello or any form of acknowledgement after standing there for 10 mins. I decided I’d save the 2 people working there some burden and left.

Good salad, soup, sandwich place in a great location. Seemed to get good business at lunch hour and I liked the make your own option! Also the smoothies and bubble teas looked super good and tried a bit of my friend’s which wasn’t bad either. Definitely will return for lunch options! Also really friendly service!

Came for lunch about a week ago food was amazing and so was the service. Brought my son back with me today and he was one happy customer

I went here for some Bubble Tea. The guy who took my order was very nice and the Bubble Tea was great.

Worst salad/​rice bowl I’ve ever had. Literally McDonald’s could have done a better job. None of the ingredients were even close to fresh and I paid $ 15 for a tiny disgusting salad. Took one bit of the grilled chicken and had to immediately toss it. Tasted rubbery and old, clearly left over from another day. Really disappointed should’ve just stuck with juice for life, across the street. The only reason they get the 1 star is for prompt delivery.

I stopped here a couple of times for lunch while working in the area. The first day I went with one of the standard wraps on the menu which was pretty good, but the second day I decided to craft my own salmon wrap which was definitely worth it! The taro milk bubble tea was very tasty as well. :)

I go here all the time for the Bubble Tea. Love the veggie wrap too! Great customer service. It’s worth the wait for your food. Their Hale & Hardy soups are an amazing addition to the healthy, fresh, Asian/​American menu. Highly recommended.

Would’ve given 4 stars if they didn’t forget to put my southwestern pork bowl in the bag. I drove all the way home (abt 40 min) couldn’t wait to eat everything and bam, only had half of my order ugh. Service was super friendly and I was the only one to order. Two people came in while I was waiting, got drinks and left. After paying $ 22 dollars I sure as heck want my missing bowl. Called and left my name so I can come pick up another bowl to replace the missing one. Too bad it won’t be until next week since I don’t live in the area. Sooooo bummed.
Sesame chicken w/​rice paper wrap was good. Nice amount of chicken, filled to the max. So much so that it tore the wrapper and became a huge mess. Had dressing on the side and wound up using all of it bc the wrap needed seasoning/​flavor. With the dressing the entire wrap was delicious and fresh. I would order this again but probably forgo the rice paper wrapper and get something more sturdy. See my pics!
I drank the regular sized Purple Magic. I had to try it bc I never had bubble tea. It was good, maybe a tad too sweet for my liking and I almost choked on the pearls a few times!

Great place to grab some bubble tea! The people were extremely friendly and even sparked up a conversation with me which was nice. Definitely coming back here since there aren’t too many bubble tea places in the area. Would like to come back and try their food, the menu seemed pretty good and healthy! Delicious bubble tea except I wish the tapioca balls were bigger, but it didn’t bother me too much! Definitely recommend this place for a quick and healthy bite or if you’re craving a smoothie or bubble tea.

the bubble teas are actually delicious, and so much variety too! And I only have to drive 5 mins to get there, no more 15 min treks to bayside/​flushing for me~

Love this place! I’m mad I didn’t discover it earlier. It’s really hard when you’re trying to eat healthy because most places sell unhealthy food. Came here with my fiancé after finding it on Unilocal.I ordered the sesame chicken on a GF rice wrap and he got the southwest pork bowl. We also ordered my mom a 3 lentil chili soup and got everything to go. We all loved our food and were able to enjoy it without feeling guilty. I will definitely be back

Ordered the sesame chicken GF rice wrap and a large black milk tea boba (½ sugar). I drank the milk tea on the way home thinking I wasn’t going to finish the wrap… inhaled it…
As for the milk tea, I’m super picky… so I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t loaded w/​sugar! I usually order ½ sugar everywhere else and expect too much sugar still, but not this place! Consistency of boba is perfect, chewy and not overcooked.
Staff is extremely friendly btw!

Bubble teas are so good! The taro is excellent and the papaya flavor and the Thai iced tea flavors are sweet and refreshing.
A large bubble tea is only $ 4 (additional cost for tapioca bubbles).
They also give discounts to LIJ hospital employees

After driving by here several times, I decided to give them a try today… and boy am I glad I did.
Located on Union Turnpike, just west of Lakeville Road, it’s a breeze to reach and great that they have plenty of parking, either in the large lot behind the strip of stores or even on the street. Even during lunch hours today, it was a cinch to park and run in to place and walk out with my order. Definitely appreciated that as parking in nearby strips is much more challenging.
I decided to try out the Grilled Sesame Chicken Wrap (and a bag of baked chips) on whole wheat. The wrap was generously packed with plenty of lean chicken and fresh, crisp veggies. It was cut in half and nicely packaged in a clear plastic to-​go container that both showed off the sandwich and held it perfectly in place without squishing it. A nice touch that I really liked was that they didn’t douse the wrap with sauce but, instead, gave you a little container of the sauce so that you could add as much or little as you desired. This not only allows you to control the taste but also the calories as sauces can often drive up the calorie count with the quickness.
The wrap was supple and adequately chewy and the contents inside were all beautifully arranged and perfectly balanced. The meal was very satisfying but I didn’t feel too stuffed afterwards.
Their menu offers a lot of tantalizing items, ranging from soups to salads to bowls to wraps to bubble teas & smoothies. I look forward to trying out something completely different next time.
The interior is very neat, clean, and bright. The gentleman who took my order was very pleasant and welcomed me as I entered.

I’ve been trying to eat a little healthier lately, and am extremely happy that my cousin recommended coming to efresh! Implied by the name of this eatery, the food is indeed fresh!
Ambiance & food: We had our food to go since we arrived at around 7:45pm. The seating area is rather small, but is appropriate for this type of restaurant. I ordered the grilled chicken sesame wrap (the spinach wrap… there are other options available). The chicken was tender and chopped in sizeable chunks/​cubes (they didn’t skimp on the meat), while the rest of the vegetables were assembled neatly into the wrap. The sauce was placed on the side and was packed with flavor. It cost $ 7.75. They have tons of other customizable wrap/​salad/​rice bowl options available as well.
I caved and ordered a black milk tea ($ 3.25 for a small). Contrary to other reviews, I did not find the tapioca pearls (+ 0.55) to be undercooked. The bubble tea was not overfilled with ice, so I think I got my money’s worth.
Service: Got my bubble tea first and did not have to wait too long after (~5 mins) for my wrap to be prepared. Employees were all friendly despite the fact that we ordered relatively close to closing time.
Tip: Remember to pick up a punch card for rewards if you’re a frequenter.

Ordered the black milk tea with tapioca. The tea was sweetened with honey which I liked and not overloaded on the ice which is another plus. They use the small pearls which you don’t see as often but not as good as the regular sized ones in my opinion. Unfortunately, the tapioca was undercooked and hard in the middle. Still, worth coming back for bubble tea especially given location.

I don’t know why I didn’t come here before. I knew about this place since I live in the area and my friend introduced me to this place. Everything tastes fresh and healthy here for a decent price. They also have bubble tea and it’s actually really good! There is no bubble tea place in this area and now I don’t have to go all the way into inner Queens to get it.
I had the grilled tofu wrap and it’s delicious. There are fresh vegetables and tofu. You can choose what type of wrap you want to put it in. It’s very filling also. I also had the Thai wrap and it was very good as well. I definitely recommend this place. There’s a parking lot in the back so you don’t have to find a spot in the neighborhood.

This has become our daughter’s favorite restaurant in the area. I don’t know if it’s the great wraps, the fantastic salads or the bubble tea, but add all three with a friendly and helpful staff and this place is a real hit!
So far I’ve had the blue steak wrap (twice) and the Southwest pork bowl. Both have been excellent. I order the blue steak wrap on their gluten free rice paper (which is also lower in calories).
Want something fresh to take in for dinner tonight. I’d recommend eFresh!

Healthy, tasty, and fresh food options… this place certainly delivers! My chicken wrap had the crunchiest vegetables, juiciest chicken, and most delicious dressing on the side. That’s exactly what I wanted! Their boba teas are also yummy, esp if you are willing to splurge on the calories! I’ll definitely order from here again!
