The owner of this place is dishonest and will rob you of your money. Do not trust this place. When I asked the owner for the reason she was charging me $ 144 more than she was supposed to (and I have insurance), she was rude and defensive. She raised her voice and cut me off every time I tried to talk. It was extremely uncalled for. When I complained to my insurance company, a representative at my insurance company also said the owner is ‘doing business wrong’. Even more, this place is so technologically behind. They don’t own the equipment for the ‘air puff’ test for glaucoma so instead, the doctor used the (painful) yellow eye drops during my exam. I will never go back to this place again. I wish I could give this place zero stars.

Unfriendly, uncooperative, and rude. You’re better off at Costco where they give you more then 30 days if the prescription is wrong to fix it, and they are far less expensive. 2 yrs ago I filled a prescription for driving glasses. 2 days later, I went back bc the glasses made me extremely dizzy. They told me I had to go back to my doctor. Frum was not very helpful. I continued using my old glasses instead. Last week, I got a new prescription which was totally different from the previous one that Frum filled. When I called and asked for my old prescription to make a comparison, the manager Barbara refused to tell me my prescription as if it were confidential information bc it was over 2 years old. It was only after I went in person a few mins later that she was willing to tell me my prescription bc I indeed had a new one. There is no reason why they could not give me the prescription in the 1^st place over the phone. What a way to treat people when something is obviously wrong. If I could give zero stars I would!

This is one the worst places I have ever been to for an eye exam. All they care about is money, they wrote me an incomplete eye glasses prescription that did not include my pupillary distance, so that I couldn’t order my glasses from else where, how shameful and pathetic. I have done them good by recommending my family members but they always care about money.
I have contacted my insurance company to deny their reimbursement for this fraudulent place. And this is coming from someone who works in the medical industry, I would not let anyone in my family to visit this place. I would easily rather pay extra elsewhere.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, THE LADY WHO WORKS THERE IS HORRIBLE, JUST NASTY TO HER PATIENTS. I would love to give this place zero stars!

Very unprofessional. I’ve had my eye exam there for several years. I decided to buy a pair of glasses online and asked them for my (PD) measurement (measurement for my frame. The lady (appears to be the owner or manager) rudely indicated that she wound give it to me if I’m not buying a new pair of glasses from her. I previously paid her for this service but she still refuses to release my medical information to me. Terrible practice and a ripoff in prices of the glasses and frames. Very rude and unfriendly owner /​manager. Don’t waste your time and money here.

I’ve been going to them for almost a decade. they’re friendly and i’ve never had any problems with them. they’ve always taken good care of my eyes, and helped me with my diagnosis of blepharitis.
they are closed on fridays and saturdays.
