I saw this place by chance one time on my way home– sign says«Shoe Repair». I took my chance of stopping by and brought my suitcases for repair. The repair guy gladly accepted my request. Broken zipper, ripped pockets were accepted for repair except about the pull out handle issue(metal). I was surprised how much the labor costs me. Had second thought if I just need to buy instead a new luggage. Anyway, I think I could still save money more to keep it and have it repaired instead of getting a new one as the luggages are both literally new. He gave me $ 2 off for bringing in 2 suitcases. Gave me a claim ticket and told to come back after 3 business days. So as I picked my luggages, he showed me first what he has done before accepting my payment to the balance. I’d say, he did a wonderful job. He is a quiet man. The repair shop is small, lots of old inventory were visible and kinda give a funny smell. The old guy who was sitting in the wait chairs, I believe could be the owner, was very pleasant and friendly.
