House or Dipali was recommended to me by one of my friends. Once I met with them, I knew I made the right choice. Their staff is highly professional and helpful. They had a large variety of décor options to choose from. They accommodated me on all my preferences. Best décor hands down. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a décor. Raj (the owner) is very friendly and knowledgable.

They deserve Zero stars. I have a very busy work schedule, so I made the latest appointment I could, which was 730. I arrived to their location about 15 minutes early, and the lights were shut off, in the building. I did see a notice on the door to go to the back, which I did while calling the phone number listed on the door. I called them about 3x and rang the buzzer 2x with no answer. After waiting about 5 – 10 minutes with no response my fiancé and I decided to leave. The next day I get a phone call saying I missed my appointment. I also received a phone call from the manager also informing me I missed my appointment, he CLAIMS he was sitting upstairs waiting for us. This is untrue or he would have picked up my phone calls or answered the door after I knocked and rang the buzzer, also why were the lights already off in the showroom?? This was COMPLETELY unprofessional, also they never even called to confirm my appointment for the same day, which I found odd.
I did not make a follow up appointment because to me, this left the impression it would be the beginning of a lot more issues.

We were unsure of what décor type we wanted and the staff at HOD was very patient to help us customize a stage. We worked with Devina who gave us some great ideas and she helped organize a last second stage set-​up viewing prior to the event to ensure that we were completely satisfied. The end product was better than we imagined and the staff even put some finishing touches that we didn’t anticipate or request. We highly recommend the services of HOD as you’ll receive more than what you pay for: D

Magical is the word best used to illustrate House of Dipali. A bit skeptical we were picking House of Dipali amongst their sea of highly priced, shoddy, just-​leave-​a deposit competitors, we’re glad we chose them. They single handedly orchestrated the most decadent of weddings fit only for a princess. The diligence from the wicks of the candles burning with elegance, to the backsplash on our stage towering over our guests, they’re the ones who made the wedding of our dreams come to life. From the start, our experience with them was comforting. Sort of that warm cozy feeling you get when you hug your mom after a long time. House of Dipali’s very own Devina was a pleasure to work with as she handled every request with a smile and a solution. She worked tirelessly and tenaciously to address all of our wishes for the massive three day event that had taken place in April 2014. She even «hooked it up» for us with prices & designs, regardless of the grief we thought we were giving her. The end result went far beyond our expectations to be frank, and couldn’t be more happier that the one occasion you look forward to your whole life, is 100% whole. My husband and I used the services of House of Dipali for our wedding. I am most pleased to write this review and to recommend their services.
House of Dipali took care of not only the décor of our wedding mandap, aisle but also provided Jai malas for us. We also asked for extra flowers for the flower girl and they provided it to us in a heartbeat. Our reception décor also looked fantastic, the center pieces are exactly what we had discussed and imagined.
The people on the team are very professional and very friendly. They were always available to answer questions or to meet with us for discussion.
We highly recommend their services for kinds of decorations.

House of Dipali… Worst customer service. The owner had no respect towards his sales guy and the customer. It is really pathetic to see people who have no professional ethics. Would never buy anything from this store.
Very expensive and Infact I was ready to buy the item, but the owner really has to learn how to respect the customer. My goodness! What an attitude they have got!!!
