Please do not use this lawyer or go anywhere close to him, he has zero interest in helping you. the only phone calls you will ever receive from this sheister is when he chases you down to convince you to sign up with him. the minute you sign up with him his attitude completely changes,. he does not read one email you send him, he never comes to the phone when you call him, nor can you expect a return phone call ever. He screws you in every possible way, did absolutely NOTHING to represent my interests, never got in touch with opposing lawyer in a year, that I had retained him.
he rents space in this large law office, pretending he has a thriving business, where he has one secretary no other lawyer and perhaps a paralegal
he then watches the 10k retainer slip by surely, then thinks of an excuse for you to drop him, because he knew he isn’t getting any more money.
I have complained to Nassau grievance committee, we are waiting for a response.
Subsequently I retained the most outstanding, honest, caring, professional attorney after him, who redid all the work he was supposed to do in the year he was retained by me.
