Doctor Klapholz gets a 4 star, but the billing office that he uses (Prohealth) is very incompetent and gets 0 stars, which averages to 2.
I’ve been dealing with 2 years of billing error after error, delays and he-​said-​she-​said between them and my insurance companies that I finally had enough and switch doctors. I’ve never switched doctors for billing reasons before. It was that bad.

Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Klapholz. Been our family doctor for many years. Cares about your health. Does not prescribe medication unless you need it. Returns phone calls in a timely manner. He is a Gastronomic doctor which helps since getting old usually means issues like that. HIGHLY recommend!
