The office staff is kind but the dentist came off as a little rude telling me that she can definitely tell that I did not take care of my teeth as a child and also told me that if I did not want to come out of pocket besides the insurance then I should tell her straight out «I don’t have money». It was just rude and very unprofessional, she made me feel very uncomfortable. I will not be going back. I don’t understand why she thinks its ok to talk to patients this way and expect to keep them.
