First time that I came to this retailer store to upgrade my phone. We were allowed to use their parking spot in the back. Welcomed with enthusiasm. We’d been a loyal customer for years of Sprint so we were nit surprised when presented by different eligibility offers. Staff were nice. We had the opportunity to be served by two young ladies who weren’t pushy after we say no to any of their promotions. Questions were answered directly and seems knowledgeable. It was a quick activation of my new I phone plus unit equipped with the accessories I needed. We had pleasant experience. I will use this branch for future need. Downside was that they only sell accessories and not doing the buy back service program. It was suggested though to stop by to a corporate branch or go to their site to request for the process. I’ll give them 5 stars if they could just do that service!

I walked in because it was a listed repair location. They could not assist me with voicemail issues. They asked if I had insurance since I did not he suggested I call Samsung directly. Now that’s poor customer service. He suggested I reset my phone. He synced my contacts to gmail and I reset it at home after I saved my pictures. I lost all my contacts because he did not do his job. I would not suggest anyone go to this location. Take your business elsewhere. I asked that the sales rep call me to confirm that he saved my contacts and if so to walk me through retrieving it. He never called. SAVEYOURSELFAGGRAVATIONANDTIME, take your business to another location or to another carrier. They are incompetent and lack professionalism. The salesperson name is James.

Apparently my mother is the absolute worse cell phone holder on the east coast of our US of A. Ruined two phones in a matter of 2 weeks. The lovely workers at this sprint store were super understanding of my mother’s short comings with cell phone handling and helped us out BIGTIME. Very friendly and very attentive both times I’ve came in here. Everybody helped. It was 3 of them brain storming with me of how to fix our situation and then they performed software updates and other stuff to help me get my phone on track. Absolute dolls. There was also a huge black guy telling us his life story. He was awesome though so can’t even be mad at the over sharing lol. By far my favorite sprint location, hands down.
