Ripp off artist when it comes to Senior Citizen

I have only positive things to say about my experience with Apple Appliances. Let’s start with they took my call on a Friday night at 8 PM, scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me the following day, and even though the technician was running late because of unexpected problems at earlier appointments, did not cancel. He arrived around 5:45 PM on a Saturday night and finished at 7 PM. My dryer was fixed and ready to go the same day. Luckily for me he had the part that I needed in his vehicle. The technician was professional and courteous. This is a keeper for me.

Rip off artist! Completely overcharged for a circuit board repair on my fridge. Didn’t know that’s what the issue was until he showed up, but after a $ 479 bill and a 10 minute repair job, I had more time to research and realize the part can be purchased for under $ 100!!! I don’t begrudge anyone from earning a living, but over $ 379 to unscrew 4 screws and clip on 6 wire connectors and extreme. I’d give him zero stars, but it isn’t allowed.

When my oven went on the fritz it just about broke this little baker’s heart into a million pieces.
I found Apple Appliance Repair after a quick Unilocal search. I had previously made an appointment with Sears, but they weren’t able to come out for a week and a half. Mel was able to come out the next day, and charged half the price, so I was sold. He told me he’d be there between 2−6pm. We all know how that goes. At 5:45, I started to get impatient, and gave him a call. He answered right away and asked me if it was 6pm yet. Ouch. Mel showed up about 5 minutes later.
All that aside, I probably would use Apple Appliance Repair again. Mel wasn’t able to permanently fix the problem as it’s a defect with the type of oven, but he was able to get it up and running in the meantime.

Called Mel at Apple appliance repair and made appointment and he showed up on time. WOW! I told him my dryer was acting wiggity-​WAC. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time flat. Now my dryer is singing” it’s getting hot in here, so I’ll dry all your clothes.
