I walked into the building, which had nothing but a few chairs, a TV, couple of small pieces of furniture, and a long desk where the business took place It was an interesting and pleasant set up… very minimalist I talked to the lady there, Christine, who was very cheerful and willing to help me get rid of my silver bullion After telling her where I got it from, she just GUARANTEED that I would get more for my shiny white metal there than I would have anywhere else… Ehhhhhhh, no… In fact, I had to try to hold a straight face when she gave me the initial quote that was almost $ 900 less than the next lowest quote… I thought she was joking After talking to her rep on the phone, they came up about $ 400 dollars, but still no where near what I could get it someplace else… With that said, I had to decline the offer, and walked out with my silver in hand, and a few complimentary chocolate mints that were quite lovely… All-in-all though the lady, Christine, was SUPERNICE and polite… she wasn’t worth losing ½ of what my silver bullion was worth… The reason I ranked it a 2-star instead of a 1-star was because she was so pleasant… but the part of this business model(at least, from a consumer standpoint) is to get the most money for the customer… And they don’t come nowhere NEAR what a jewelry store was offering me… All being said, if someone doesn’t mind losing a few hundred bucks, then try this place out. I personally think it was worth the 20 minutes I drove, and $ 3 worth of gas, to go to James & Sons, in trade for a few more Benjamins than what GoldMax could offer…
