This location is a bit run down but I’m overall satisfied with the customer service I receive whenever I go here. Plus, it’s a Kmart, so when I buy things, I get coupons to save money on gas at Speedway. Because of that and because it is convenient for me, I still shop here. Just wish they would give it a bit of a remodel.

Horrible. Aisles are lonely and sad. This place depresses me. I don’t know how it is still open. I have only stopped by a few times and every time I go I feel as if I am shopping at a thrift shop. Staff also seems angry.

When Kmart was the only place in town, it was where most people went. Now that the East side of New Lenox has been Developed, those people realized we have other choices. They better do something or it will be a thing of the past… Just like the Eagle food store that went «Poof»…

Went to K-​Mart on Sunday 4 – 27 to buy cat food, they had sugar free cookies on sale reg $ 2.69 for $ 1.50, so I bought two packs, well when they rang up, they did not ring up the sale price, seems like this happens there quite a lot, a DVD last week, was off a dollar, anyway when I told the girl, she had to get a manager over there, Who questioned me if I was sure if I was correct, then I got pulled out of line to wait while they checked. After confirming I was right I had to go to the service desk and wait my turn to refund my money and then repurchase the cookies over again, it’s no wonder K-​mart has an empty parking lot and Target down the street is packed.
