Wow, Dr. Gress delivered my beautiful daughter on April 13^th! And what a wonderful job she did! My Lil’ Loretta waited 26 hours for her to get there. Lol. She also worked with me regarding my hypnobabies requests and so did all the nurses in Labor and Delivery. And even though my daughter was almost 10 pounds, Dr. Gress did a great job with making sure I could deliver her vaginally instead of a c-​section. Also, she did a great job with after care. I’m very happy I stayed with this office even though it was a bumpy start with them. I have been going there since last year and I’m very happy that they have made strides to make appointments much better. My wait time has gone down from 1 hour to 15 minutes. Both Dr. Gress and Julie Paul are wonderful and helped me a lot through my pregnancy. Both ladies are very hard working and know their stuff! The staff has become more attentive and professional as well. They have a new patient for life. Very pleased.

I was new to this practice for the delivery of my second child and will not be returning. Although the nursing staff was great (which is the ONLY reason for 2 stars) Dr. Pierre was terrible. She acted as if I was dumb for any question or concern and was never friendly or on time! Everything always seemed like a hassle. My sister had the same experience with her 1^st child and also will not be returning to her.

I am so happy that I left this practice. I have always felt a little uncomfortable there, but when I called to ask a question about my medical records, Dr. Pierre was extremely rude and very cold. I’m paying you money for my visits, so show a little kindness?

I am leaving this practice due to horrible wait times and the front desk staff could use a bit of personality. I was told I had the first appointment (9am) of the day but was not asked to come back until 9:25 and doctor did not come into the room until 9:50 or so.
I will say the Nursing and ultrasound staff is great.

While nursing staff seems nice, office is disorganized and Dr. not necessarily interested in patient concerns. They have lost my test results TWICE recently including a very important test. Really unprofessional.
