I rented a truck today. Ted was incredibly rude, didn’t do his job and put a hold on my card for 2 ½ times the amount I was told. He rents uhaul trucks out of his installation business. As bad as he was to rent a truck from, I wouldn’t recommend letting him touch your car.

Awful customer service. Last night I had rented a truck online, one for today and one for tomorrow. Earlier that day my daughter had to go to the hospital so as you can imagine my mind was everywhere. On my mistake. I rented the saturday truck for today instead of tomorrow. I called first thing in the morning asking if I can correct the date. He said No, there are no trucks for tomorrow and you will be charged 50.00 because I could have rented this out. I completely understood this was my mistake but the customer service part was horrible. I called uhaul and they told me that 100 percent I should NOT have been charged the 50.00. Luckily I was able to get a 26 foot truck for Saturday

This is by far the worst place to do business. Tedd is rude and unhelpful. I attempted to rent a Uhaul truck and it wasn’t available… with no apology. He then «found» a non Uhaul truck that was half the size I needed and acted like I was a complete nuisance. The truck had bad brakes, no suspension, zero gas, broken locks and bald tires. I was desperate so I took it. After two close accidents and truck dying in my driveway, I returned it. After several msgs I finally caught him on the phone, twice. He promised to call back but never did. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!
