The service is horrible the food not very good management overwhelmed I even called there hotline to tell them about the bad service I would never go to White Castle again unprofessional employees and restaurants so filthy that rats wouldn’t eat there I called there 800 number to complain about there horse. Shit service they don’t care so don’t there it is a rat hole

Ordered online the night before to have my food ready the next morning. Came there for my order, but was told they didn’t receive any even though I show them my order comfirmation. Ordered somthing else instead. Had the waffles sliders. Was excited because they have fresh cooked eggs in there. Took a bit, felt a few crunch, thought it might be from the waffles. Nope, I was wrong, bunch of eggs shells in there. Didn’t want to go back and complain since I was in a hurry. My last time back.

When my flight from the west coast gets in to midway at 12:45am, this is one of the only places near my parents’ house that is open. Last night I pull up, all the lights are on, we see workers inside then they get on the intercom and tell us they’re closed and turn the lights off. What’s the deal?! It says online it’s open 24 hours.

Sorry to anyone who may be behind me at the drive thru, but my orders here have been wrong as many times as they have been right, so I now inspect everything in the bag before I pull away. I don’t know when the changed their hours but I was there in July 2013 at 7:40 AM and an employee saw me at the drive up and said «We don’t open till 8». Needless to say most of my business now goes to the one in Mokena but I still go thru the bag there too; guess why.

4 – 5 stars for White Castle? I don’t think so. I love a middle of the night run for a bag of chicken rings, but let’s get real. I’m not a fan of their fries, and two attempts at the breakfast menu was two too many.

We came through the drive thru last night at 12:30 and ordered the castle pack #9. It’s 20 plain white castles and 4 fries. It took 20 min in the drive though after we ordered to receive them and no one was in front of us… it was crazy long to wait for freakin fast food… This is all they make. How could it take so long?
The only redeeming thing was being able to eat them after… at least they were hot!
This is like a once or twice in a year experience for me sort of makes me mad when the experience isn’t great :(
Ps. I can’t believe they stil waste so much cardboard on the packaging. If they don’t already they should have recycling bins inside for the little cardboard boxes.

I’ve come to expect slow service and mediocre attitudes from White Castle over the years. This location is different. We were greeted with a friendly hello and a smile. Orders came out super fast (before we were done filling our drinks). Other patrons who came in were greeted the same way. The food was your typical white castle food and was hot and fresh.
