Called in on monday for a rear bumper… was told they had three, would not give me a price over the phone. Came in on saturday morning, was unable to browse the yard, had to wait for a guy to take me to the car, fine… We drove out the only one on the lot(they claimed to have 3 remember?) and the rear bumper was trashed, huge ripps in the fascia, car wasnt on blocks, so the bottom was resting on the gravel… so no luck there… asked if i could grab a few trim parts i needed, and was told that he had to remove them. The employee had neither the skill, nor the tools to do a proficient job. Grabbed a couple odds and ends(trim, screws, and a taillight) and he drove back to the front. was charged $ 53($ 35 of which was for the employee to remove the parts off the car, even though i had to show him how) Old bait and switch i suppose? Complete waste of time.
