My experience was terrific. It was brief and very convenient. The sales rep was very approachable, made everything easy for me, he made sure the device was working and activated properly. It was a great experience and I would recommend the store to anyone!

The person who worked with us was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and helped us get the best deal possible. He was willing to share a lot of the «ins and outs» we might not normally have learned otherwise. I can’t remember his name but it was all thanks to him!

I came into the store to upgrade my phone. The representative told me they had the one I wanted in stock but then proceeded to tell me they don’t do upgrades past 6:30, it was 6:32 on the dot. Will not be coming back to this store anytime soon.
