The new, updated design and layout of the store is nice. The pharmacy SUCKS. There is usually a huge wait, even if there aren’t many people waiting. You will never be greeted by a smile. On nearly every occasion that I’ve gone to pick up a prescription there is a problem… either they are out of the drugs, there is an issue with insurance and the drugs will cost a fortune, I’ve been called at home and told that my prescription is ready, but after I drive all the way there I find out that it won’t be ready until the next day! There has never been an apology. I asked «Why did you call and say it was ready», and gotten the reply «I don’t know, you shouldn’t have been called». I get that mistakes happen from time to time, but at this pharmacy it seems to be every time. How can they expect return business when there are other choices around? Do yourself and your blood pressure a favor and go elsewhere.

This place has to have the slowest drive-​through pharmacy ever. You can wait is long as 30 minutes to get your prescriptions. If you have more than two cars in front of you you might as well just go inside. The inside was just remodeled with a fairly good layout. The prices are extremely high.
