Richard L.‘s unfair one-​star review is causing me to chime in. In a time of big box stores and the prevalent notion that if it’s broken you should just buy a new one, it’s a relief that there’s a locally owned, «home grown» store who have knowledge and skills to repair and renew appliances. They responded promptly to us, worked quickly, and saved us hundreds of dollars making a fridge we already owned work like new.

I’ve called this establishment on two occasions and never got any help whatsoever. If you didn’t buy your appliance from these guys don’t expect any help, you’ll get the same-​o «i came in this morning to 35 messages», blah, blah… I always like to give the local businesses my support, but these guys can kiss it!
