Clean Air Yurts

The simple story is this: I sent the company, Clean Air Yurts, (owned & operated by Matt Rogers), $ 1,000.00 about 9 months ago and they refuse to return a cent. I did NOT sign a contract nor did the company send me anything – not even the simple details of the product I was asking for before I was stupid enough to send money.
In a way over-​generous offer I have told Matt by e-​mail that he could keep $ 500.00 if he would just send me $ 500.00. I am tired of having to treat a THIEF like he is a normal person.
I brought this situation to the attention of a yurt owners blog. I was certain the administrators would be familiar with all the owners. They sure were! I was treated quite well – just like anyone else. Until they decided to discard me. I was actually told to write it off to «buyers remorse». Can’t do that: didn’t buy it. Have no remorse because when I found my dream cottage, 3 days later, it blew the yurt out of the water.
