Have no idea what the disparaging remarks are about. I found them funny. New Paltz Rescue uses Perfect for computer repairs and help. I use Perfect for computers and help. Aaron, Patrick Dana and Kathy have been super — quick response, efficient repairs, decent burial of beloved printers and computers and fair prices. I wonder if those unsatisfied got sucked through a wormhole and are now living in a dysfunctional parallel universe.

I would give it no stars if I could. After keeping my computer for a month and not contacting me to keep me updated about their progress, or in this case… lack of progress, I am still responsible for a diagnostic fee. I only heard from them when I called, and their promises to call me back never occurred. They always had a handy excuse, as to why they couldn’t get it up and running …(a problem with the software, not the hardware). I really think they were too busy to address the problem when they realized they were not going to make enough money from the deal. With reviews like this one and the other 3… you would have to have your head examined to use them!!!

My family and I own a business in a nearby town. Our POS system suddenly went down and the guys from perfect computer got up back up and running the next day. They were quick to help us solve our problem and did so with a great attitude. I would recommend them to anyone! They will definitely be our first choice!

I also used these guys a few years ago. They were so rude and obnoxious I realized as soon as they couldn’t fix my computer I was never going back. Wouldn’t you know it, my computer continued to do the same thing and I ended up paying 150 bucks for the work. Expensive way to find out a business is not worth it. Come to Unilocal and get a review first hand.

I used these guys a few years ago — I’m about an hour from them to come do some work on my property. The asked me to buy a bunch of expensive equipment ($ 400!) for them to install and come set up a wireless network between 2 buildings. They came for 2 days and gave me a bill for $ 1500, but in the end they couldn’t make it work! I do understand that they did travel to me and did spend time here, but you shouldn’t take jobs that you can’t do! After talking to them, the «best» they could do was split the cost with me, but I still had to buy the equipment!
I will NOT be calling on these guys again.
