This was a poor excuse for a spa. The location was pretty much industrial. There was nothing spa-like about the interior, which consisted of a myriad of unkempt and cluttered rooms. The equipment was obviously used and often filthy. I had paid for a series of laser treatments for my legs. The«medical director» Dr. Dyer had me go into one of these rooms to disrobe and within minutes someone barged in – no privacy, no Dr.‘s office etiquette here. She looked at me for about 5 seconds and said how many treatments I should get. The lady who did the treatments needed about 3 sessions just to get the level right for me – so the first treatments were a waste of money. Then they told me my last appt. was postponed because, «The equipment was out to be fixed.» They said they would call me when they were ready. Apparently that was code for, «We are going out of business… and plan to take your money with us…» When I called I was told, that«they don’t do that anymore… and speak to Corry, or Tori on Thursday – she will call you.» I called and found the Dr’s office was closed(or at least not answering phone messages) during the time that they were listed as open! I am very unhappy about my experience with this business, and the people involved in it.
