Batteries Plus

I bought a battery on 4÷12÷14. The terminal fell off on 5÷2÷14. My warranty was until 4÷12÷15. I took the battery into the store to see if they would fix it or exchange it. They said «NO». Told me that I would have to buy another one. Never going to this store again!!!

Batteries Plus is like Pepto-​Bismol… you don’t really think about it. until you need it… Ive been to about 3 different locations. they’ve all been great and the staff is always super helpful and friendly.
The first time I ever went to one was when my truck wouldn’t start. As luck would have it. I was right next door to them. I mean. right. next. door… how does that even happen… seriously? (It was because I worked next door…) The funniest thing (not funny at the time) is that it was my last day working at that job. When I went to leave. my battery was dead… I mean. D.E.A.D. Dead! How does THAT even happen? On my LAST day… Anyway. back on topic. The rep at Batteries Plus came over and tested the battery for me and confirmed it was no longer among the living. I got it switched out. no fuss.
Recently I went in to this location for a new lap top battery. They didn’t have the one I needed but were able to get it special ordered. When it arrived I brought my lap top into the store and they helped to make sure it was working properly and charging correctly. Everything worked great so I went on my merry way. Now my laptop is happy again. Batteries Plus saves the day once more.
