Bay Area Appliance

These people need to take classes on professionalism. To get these people to call you when they are late on deliveries is harder than trying to get the US President on the line or even winning the lottery. They are very «stand-​off-​ish» about giving people an accurate time of arrival. I had to cancel my appointments on two separate days because I was told that they would be at my house at certain time and 4hrs later (on both occasions) they STILL had not arrived nor even called to let me know that were running late. I called the main office, on both occasions, and they promised multiple times that I would get a call from the driver to give me an eta, but those calls never came and ultimately I had to tell them to forget about delivering anything to me. They are totally unprofessional and they flat out lie to people. I would think it over very carefully before doing business with these people. These people were rated an F with the BBB. So, BUYER BEWARE!!!

These people are terrible, give everone the run around. Lie snd say I didnt even purchase the appliance there. Day one it wss leaking and he told me «we dont send anything out broken» I said well I didn’t break it after one use. Says he will call back and never does. These guys are the epitome of bad service. Will never deal with again

The warranty is a total lie! I bought a refrigerator from them and a washer and dryer, fridge ice maker broke right away it took 2 weeks to get them out to fix it and it broke again after one day leaking water all over my floor. The washing machine broke within a week, and I can’t get them to come out to fix it! It’s been two weeks, they sometimes don’t even answer my calls. I suggest that you go somewhere else for an appliance. Junk product, junk service and fake warranty.

Over the last few months I have had to replace various appliances in four different homes. I turned to these guys for each project. Some of the appliances were new, some used. Not a single disappointment yet…
I understand that they have another location in the Clearwater area. They are certainly my first choice. Delivery is prompt. They seem willing to stand behind their used appliances.
