Jack came out the next day and added freon to my AC. He also added dye to see if there was a leak. He was to return to check out a possible leak in a while but failed to do so. Fast forward to now and my AC doesn’t cool. A visit from Eric and Mike from C&S found a large leak in my coil and loss of all freon. Now I have to have my coil replaced and all freon replaced as well. This may have been prevented if Jack had followed up as planned. A very costly mistake and now no AC for the next 3 days. Eric called me on Monday and stated the cost for a coil and freon was only about $ 100 less than a new air handler. I have since contracted with another company to do the work.

We were visiting our 96 year old grandmother and when we realized her ac wasn’t working, we found C&S and called. I was resigned to sleeping in her hot house since we didn’t discover the problem until after 8 pm, but Mike called back within 15 minutes and said he’d send someone over right away. Jack arrived, was courteous, friendly, and quick to diagnose the problem. And not wanting to simply offer to bandaid the trouble, he scheduled to come back in two days to diagnose the extent of the leak — all at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend their service. Thank you.
