Absolutely POOR! I made my reservation, online, on 10/22/2010 for a pickup date of 11/12/2010 @ 7pm for a birthday party. Not long after I made the reservation, I got a call from a reservationist/dispatcher clarifying the reservation, then, I got a call from Sean, one of their 2 head guys further clarifying the reservation. ALL my information was current and a credit card was put on the reservation to hold it. All is well, right? 11⁄12 arrives and I haven’t heard anything from them about the reservation, so I called them. They gave some kind of lame excuse about the vehicle being double booked — that is after they finally realized that I had a reservation. I had to give them the rez # before they would go any further. The lady tried to blame the issue on 2 people that had been fired, but I talked to 1 of the 2 owners to confirm the whole deal. They said they would try to fix it, but they never answered their phone after that. Everything went straight to voice mail and that was the end of it. Something else to note — I did add my credit card online and the site requires the CVV code(code on the back). This is normal if they are charging something to the card right there. HOWEVER, it is highly illegal for them to store this value anywhere for any amount of time. If anyone wants to look up the PCI standards, you’ll see what I mean. I have also reported these folks to Visa for investigation. Stay away from this company! Extremely unprofessional and always wanting to place blame somewhere else rather than take responsibility for their actions! I wouldn’t give this one any stars, but the page required it. There should be an exclamation/warning review to stay away! Sean
