We bought «our little piece of heaven» 4 years ago. We could not be happier!!!
It is a very friendly community with so much to do… too much to even try to mention… you must check out the wonderful web site. My husband especially loves the marina where we can access the Cotee River and the Gulf to fish or just relax. This is a real plus! I like the fact that everything is close by. Many people have golf carts and bikes but you can walk to every event and every place.

Just spent the week visiting my parents who own a place here at this co-op. The residents are very friendly and active. They had a fantastic Easter egg hunt for the kids and a great potluck Easter dinner. The boat slips along the river are a bonus. Golfing in their couples league was awesome and so was the Thursday pickle ball group. Very Active and friendly place!
