Dunkin’ Donuts

Worst Dunkin ever.
Every time I go my order is wrong. I was going everyday before work for some food and coffee… I order my coffee with 10 creams 2 sugars… It’s not difficult… Every time I get it it’s very dark and so sweet it hurts my teeth. They’re obviously confusing the two when I place my order… No big deal… However when I ask them to remake it and watch them take it over and pretend to remake it then hand it back like they fixed it that. That was a big deal!!! I’m paying almost $ 3 everyday for a coffee I can’t even stand… The food was always hit or miss… If I’m going to frequent a place I need some consistency in my life.
I’ll NEVER go to this one again.
If I could I’d give no stars.

This was the most horrible dunkin I have every been too we ordered our food I got a bacon egg cheese croissant and my boyfriend got 2 plain bagels after we paid and sat down a lady behind the counter started yelling at the people sitting down saying who got 2 plain bagels so my boyfriend walked over and said I did and she was so rude she said well we don’t have plain bagels so you’re gonna have to get a different bagel and he told them I don’t really like any other bagels except for plain so can I just get my money back? And they wouldn’t give him his money back they kept trying to give him other bagels he told them he didn’t like. This Dunkin is right next to my work so I will go there occasionally to grab breakfast but every time I go there and I get donuts they put the donuts in my bag and either put them upside down or something to where all the frosting comes off I would rather drive an extra 15 minutes to go to a different dunkin than ever go to this one again.

Wouldn’t even give it 1. Unfriendliness place I’ve ever been in. They always mess up sandwiches my finally straw with them was biting into a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and it egg was freezing cold.

Coffee here is the same as all the other Dunkins in the area, and the baked goods are usually fresh and delicious. I do have a few favorite workers there who are always very sweet, but apparently management there is bad because my favorite people are now either quitting or transferring to the other Dunkin on Little and Troublecreek.
Anyways, my only complaints are that sometimes the service can be slow as they’ll usually have only person behind the counter, and they definitely do not clean the lobby as often as they should. There are many times where I’ll go and see a broom with a bunch of dust and trash nearby — not pretty. Or the tables will have crumbs, etc. I haven’t been to the bathrooms, so I don’t know about that.
There is also no wi-​fi here. (Most people would know that, I think, but I still see customers asking that question every now and then).

Great coffee. Great grilled cheese flats. And of course donuts! A great cup of fresh coffee is always available. Not as good as the DD on Us 19 just south of Hwy 52, but in a pinch, if you don’t want to drive to the other one, it’s good.
