This is a great shop and I have never had issues getting help or finding what I need. Of the Tampa area dealerships, I enjoy this one the most. During the chaos of Black FRI I went to special order a part and the computers went down. At the end of the night, the parts guys dropped me a line and let me know that the order did not go through and helped complete it. They could have easily let it go, but took the time to call me and get it right. It was a low cost part, so it should have not been a huge deal, but proved that all customers are important. I like this place and if I ever decide to get rid of one of my Harley’s, I will come here.

I’ve been coming to the Harley shop for years. Every trip is as good as the first. From the time I enter the building until I depart everyone is friendly and accommodating. Although not a restaurant Sparky does cook a mean cheeseburger on the weekends. The few times I have needed help because I received less that awesome service Big George has always made it right. If you a looking for a world class Harley experience look no further than the team at H-​D of NPR.
