I spent $ 170 on a custom upgraded bobble head for my most important client. This lady has everything so it was really hard finding something she would love that she didn’t already have. This was a great idea. I went through the proofing process and it was great. I sent back many changes and every time they did a great job. When I received the bobble head it looked«exactly» like my client. EXCEPT there was a large blotch of dried clay on the base and it ruined the whole thing. How could the designer NOT have caught that. Such a bummer. I can’t give it to my client so now it’s worthless. I tried sending a few emails the other day and now have tried several different emails with no avail. Was almost blown away, but now super disappointed. If I hear from them I will update.

Terrible, and rude, customer service. They are clearly not interested in putting the slightest bit of thought or care into something that they are going to charge you upwards of $ 200 from(when you tack on all the special fees they charge you for«custom» work). Yes, they’ll charge you in a variety of ways for complicated extras — but they are completely uninterested in having the slightest bit of dialogue with you during the process, to make sure they get those expensive extras right.(And, they’ll make blatant errors of communication, and fail to read pretty simple instructions — and then blame *you*, the customer for their inability to read.) Arrogant. AVOID!

I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I ordered my product back in may. During the ordering the email was put in wrong, and hence why the proofs etc were sent to a non existent email address. I paid for expedited shipping. The company will send you a proof then based on your response they will put the proof into production or make any corrections. I would assume after not getting a response from there customer for 3 weeks when the customer paid for 2 week shipping — they would call me and ask if I had a chance to look at it(they had my phone number). I called them, and spoke with someone who explained the mis hap in the email. OK. I get it. Then I asked for an adjustment on the proof, adjustment was made and sent to another non existent email address AGAIN when I gave them the correct one. Why wasn’t my account updated? I waited, waited and waited then called them back. only to get a voice mail that they were out for a week. So i left a message, and sent emails. No response. No call backs, and no replies. I finally got a hold of someone, and he said that he would«make it right» and even sent an email to me stating so. But this was to be done after I received the product. Every change I wanted, I would just have to wait at least a week, and through follow up to get any response. At the end I finally approved my product solely based on the fact that I couldn’t wait any longer — it had already been over 2 months since I placed my order. After all this happened they have now given me a $ 25 credit. However, my shipping costs was nearly $ 50. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the disappointment on your bosses birthday passing, and you are the only one without a gift for them. I understand mistakes happen, but I never got called back on the numerous messages I left, very hard to get anyone on the phone. Twice within the 2 months, I got a voice mail that they would be out for the week. Emails never were responded to until I got forceful. To put the icing on the cake, I was never followed up with after I received my order. And the email I got promising that it would be made right basically meant that I had to follow up with them again. Why didnt they call me after? I would never do that to my customers– If I screwed up I would never ask them to call me and ask for the credit… I would get it done for them. Save yourself people seriously. Im not one to write bad reviews at all. But spend your money elsewhere. This company is a joke.

Absolute garbage company. Got the delivery 3 weeks late when I paid extra to get it early. They blatantly ignore my calls and email when I confronted them about the delay and when I threaten with bad reviews then they finally decide to refund 6 dollars. Doesn’t make up for the huge delay. Terrible service, the bobble head ended up decent, but not worth the money spent

HD Design Center, LLC operates as . We ordered a product online and paid by check for $ 145.34 on November 23, 2012. They cashed the check on December 26, 2012. When we did not receive product they claimed to have no order or payment from us. We sent an image of the check from our bank. They acknowledged payment was received in an email. At this point, a refund was requested. They never sent it and do not respond to phone calls or emails. I have issued complaints with the BBB and the attorney general’s office. They have shown very poor communication and customer service. The BBB rates them an F due to numerous complaints.
