At Julian’s my first impression was not too shabby for a hole in the wall car dealership. but when i found the vehicle I like I felt rushed by the dealer. but the floor manager was very nice even though I had bad credit he still managed to find a bank to approve me. I got the vehicle that I wanted and also had the manager John call me back up just to make sure I was still satisfied with my experience.

Looking to consign your vehicle? AVOID. I was selling my car on craigslist and a salesman from this dealership called me to tell me that they could sell my car on consignment or finance a buyer for me if I found someone that wanted my car.
So, I found a buyer that needed financing and took the buyer and the car to the dealership. My salesman, Eli, was dishonest about the way the consignment transaction would work.
First, he tried to get me to lower the amount I would take for my vehicle by $ 3000 only after he told me over the phone that they would not mess with the selling price of the vehicle if I brought my own buyer. I refused.
He also told me that the existing lien on my vehicle would be paid off the next day and that the additional funds over the lien would be sent to my credit union with the pay off, again, THE NEXT DAY. My loan wasn’t paid off for 10 days and the additional funds were NOT sent to my bank. When I called the dealership to ask why they had paid off the loan and still not cut me a check for the remaining equity, I was then told that they will not write me a check for the equity until my credit union releases the title to them. My credit union is holding their check for 10 days and then it takes 2 days to release the title. So, I will not get the money for this transaction until almost one month after I was told it would be paid to me.
The loan officer at my credit union told me that she has never heard of a dealership doing business this way. This is awful customer service and I sincerely hope they intend to pay me what they owe me. If you use them … expect a hassle and document everything in case you need to involve a lawyer or the media.
