Marco’s Pizza

I am seeing that other reviews on this location have echoed a similar issue. This place just cannot get an order correct. The very first time I ordered from them, my pizza was missing a topping. I called them about the issue, and they offered me a $ 5 off my next order credit. I figured that seemed fair. Soon enough, I called them to place an order to use my credit, and was told by a girl there that the credit wouldn’t work on the sale price pizza. I asked her to get a manager to fix whatever the problem was, and she claimed she was a manager on duty! So basically, they gave me a $ 5 credit I could only use on regular menu priced items, not what I wanted to order. In other words, no credit at all really. This is not how you should run a business Marcos; horrible customer service!
Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from these goofballs again. They screw up your order and then offer you a «credit» you can’t use, unless you pay full menu price. There are plenty of other pizza places that care about your business out there. This place could obviously care less. Avoid this location.

It’s with a heavy heart that I have to downgrade this place.
For the third time in a row, my order has been barely correct. This time was a little too much.
My typical order: large Pepperoni, feta and extra cheese with garlic parmesan crust.
My typical order received: largish Pepperoni on most slices, extra cheese for most of the slices and one or two bites with feta and no garlic parmesan crust.
The taste never changes, the cheese blend they use is just great. That is why I wish it was better.
Today was just… Bad. 23 minutes late on delivery without even a half apology. My pie wasn’t even in one of those bag things that keep it hot. The pie was also just warm enough so that the cheese was a little stringy when a slice was removed from the pie.
It gets 2 stars for the manager trying to make it better when I called to complain. I don’t want correct pizza on the second attempt.
Sadly, I won’t be giving them my business again.
I hope that they shape up. Maybe it was just another off day.

This is the only pizza joint in town that can make a deluxe (loaded) pizza and not have it come out a soggy grease fest. The crust is great in fact, I’ll actually eat the crust instead of throwing it away. Always nice and clean whenever I drop by too.

Ordered pizza special.. supposedly for 23.00
Two pies.. No pepperoni.. Which we asked for twice ordering. .
Cheese only we received.. Called to complain.. Arrogant employees
Only left a star because I had to continue the post

Called in my order told guy I had a VIP coupon. Went to pick up pizza woman told me without coupon I’d have to pay full price. Guy who took my order never said Bring coupon in. Drive back home for coupon return pizza cold… ask if they will remake it bitch told me no. So I left pizza and tore up coupon. Fuck this place

We bought pizza and salads oh my so yummy. However on the salad they put onions when I asked for no onions. So good. I loved the pizza.

Great Staff and Great Pizza!
