McDonald’s

It’s funny that when you to go fast food places people that work there are not usually the most pleasant, I live near this one and on occasion drive thru for the Mc Muffin deal and they are nice and quick, for the money they make and the fact it is a really fast paced work environment it’s nice to see.

I waited 10 minutes for two Egg McMuffin’s. My hashbrowns were double dipped and burnt. I did the survey and got a call from a manager. She apologized after I told her what happened but never offered any kind of complementary coupon.

this store is the absolute worst. I have experienced all situations listed here as well as a multitude of others. the owner doesent care I guess. I am going somewhere else now.

Slowest McDonald’s ever… do not go here unless you got lots of time and dying of hunger… I wish there was a negative star I can rate…

Where do I start. I went though the drive thru on the July 19^th I order three kids meal they were trying to charge me a drink up charge that I didn’t want. After telling them twice that I didn’t want the drink up charge (because my kids don’t need that much pop). As I was finishing up my order and they still charge me for the drink up charge call and complain about the rude service and the drink up charge I was told very rudely manger Danielle that she didn’t have time to take a compliant just to call the 1800 number and she hung up I will never go to this McDonald’s ever again.

I never would take the time to write a bad review for fast food. You get what you pay for and if you’re buying fast food thats the risk you take but this McDonalds is consistently bad and always slow and today was the final straw that left me no choice.
We order nuggets and I’d say at least half the time they forget the sauce. I have to check at the window and ask for it and I’m met with «Its in the bag» but it isn’t.
Wrong drinks are common also. Today all the drinks were missing the syrup so they all tasted gross. The fries were cold and so were the nuggets. The filet o fish was hard and had a weird smell.
I think that corporate needs to come in and do a surprise inspection on this location. Its horrible. Not to mention it is always always always slooooooooooooooow.

This is my first bad review ever. I always think to myself that if its not positive i wont write it. But this place is so bad i want to say so. They dont take credit cards at night and use the excuse that their system is updating. Seriously? 8 hours of updating. Sounds more like they are skimming cash at night to avoid the taxes. The staff is a bunch of kids and they have been very unprofessional on many occasions. At night they stop taking the cards and they dont tell you until you are at the speaker so if someone pulls up behind you then you are stuck in line even if you dont have cash for the food. Its crazy that they wouldnt put a sign up saying they only take cash so that people dont get stuck in line. Its amazing to me that this place is owned by the same people as the others in the area because I never see the same issues at the others. Drive a few miles and avoid the headache. McDonalds Corp would be ashamed at the way they are treating their customers. Burger King puts this location to shame.

Very slow. I ordered one coffee and one hash brown. After waiting ten minutes I was asked to pull forward and wait for my hash brown. I had to leave without the hash brown. One. Hash. Brown. Really.

The slowest mcdonalds on the planet… been here 5 times… always slow!!! Bad management

Avoid this McDonalds. The staff is rude and the place is filthy. This place is ran by high schools students. They are more interested in having fun than serving customers.

Did take out from this McDonalds yesterday which consisted of 2 Chicken & Bacon Premium McWraps & I got food poisoning from the one that I ate. I threw out the other one wouldn’t let anyone eat it. I had also bought 3 plain hamburgers for my dog (yes my dog loves them) & broke up the burgers & put it in his dish & he took one sniff & walked away. That was unusual for him because he loves the burger thing so guess he knew what I didn’t. I’ve had food poisoning before so I immediately knew what the symptoms were. Be careful when eating at this McDonalds.

Tables never cleaned and ice machine handle filthy.
