Mobile Net

I dropped my phone off at this place to be repaired. It had a broken screen and back. The repair tech John said he would be able to fix it and it would be a week. That was over two weeks ago now. He has not called me once to inform me of anything regarding my repair. I have had to call him. When I’ve asked him how long it would be he constantly gives me vague answers. For some reason the parts have not arrived for my repair. However, i have found 3 different suppliers online that can have the parts shipped to my home in 3 days. Last week when i asked him if he had a tracking number he said he would «look into it» I am very confused as to what needs looking into. I called him again today (the 16^th day he has had my phone) and he told me to call back in an hour because he was finally going to track the shipment. John is a nice enough guy. However, this experience has lead me to believe he is either incompetent or extremely lazy. If you have a phone that needs repair TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE! Unless you just want someone who has a collection of unfixed phones to hold onto yours for a while. I say this because he proudly showed me all of the other phones of my model he had in for repair (which are still there as well).
