Publix Super Markets

This publix is full of employees who always go above and beyond. No matter how busy the store is they each go out of their way to ensure a good experience.
I stopped in the bakery for a few select items, what I wanted they didn’t have readily available out for sale. Someone offered to help if there was anything particular I was looking for. She went back and brought exactly what I needed from behind the counter. They didn’t put out petite fours today, but offered to bring some from the cooler if it was ok if they were frozen. They also were ok spilling up the package of croissants so I could purchase only what I needed.
Several times this past year I requested if they could spilt packaging. Every Time they were happy to do so with a smile. Which to me was a huge help, with my husband deployed I had to learn how to buy smaller portions or freeze what I didn’t use. This really saved a lot of «extra» going into the freezer to only be lost. Every department the deli, the produce, meat, and bakery all helped every time with this.
They checkout is always a breeze. Go to Mary’s line she’s the sweetest! She remembers me cause just like me she was a previous cast member. She always wears cute pins and brooches, which I love. All the baggers always do a great job! They never squish your bread or eggs! They always offer to help you out, and even when it’s raining they will come to your rescue with an umbrella.

I love Publix & this is the best location in the area. We frequently order party platters from the bakery, deli, & seafood departments and everyone is always so helpful and nice. They really go the extra mile. This location also has the best sushi selection I’ve seen in a supermarket. Love it here!

These have to be some of the happiest most helpful employees in the world… Have yet to see anyone down in this place…
