Ralph saves the day! My elderly grandfather was discharged from the nursing home to his own home today, still too debilitated to drive. The nursing home forgot to give him one of his necessary medicines before he left, and the nursing home delivery person had gone for the day by the time they realized it. Ralph gladly took my request for courier services after 6:00 this evening, picked up a prescription for my grandfather at the local Walgreen’s, delivered it to my grandfather’s doorstep, and called me to confirm his mission accomplished!
