Dr. Rowan is very professional and thorough. He spends a lot of time with his patients and is very knowledgable. Staff is friendly and professional as well.
I’ve been to the office twice and both times I had to wait 20 – 30 minutes past my appointment to be seen. Also I called them to have them refill my prescriptions and that did not happen and I had to call them again.

I gave this place two tries. They lost my appointment twice. You wait for 30 to 60 mins past your appointment to even be seen. And don’t bother having any medical procedures done… their «backroom» is dirty and un sanatary. They scheduled about 10 people for the same time. Not a good place at all.

Dr. Rowan is super nice, and very informative. He’s not like one of those doctors that’s in it for the money. You can tell because he takes the extra 10 – 15 minutes to explain what is happening with your eyes instead of just telling you what you need and giving you a bill. I really liked his attention to detail. My wife and I got an exam for LASIK and we were happy with the results.
