So my mom went here to get a haircut and there was no one in there but one guy. So she sat down and he looked at her hair and said«I cannot cut your hair.» Then he said it was too short. First of all my moms hair is a bob so it can be cut a little bit. So my mom said goodbye and Walked through the front door.

Amazing! What a great experience I had there. It was easy making an appointment, the people there were really nice and my hair looks SO good. I am super happy I went there and I will definitely go back. Outstanding place ;)

Went in on a Saturday to see if someone could fix the butcher job to my hair done at a «school». Luckily, Darian was working. She did a fantastic job! Corrected my color too!!! Nod to Sean for his advice!!! Will go back again and again! Reasonably priced too!!!

My 14 year old stepdaughter just got her hair trim ¼ of an inch to be exact and I got charge $ 37. I ask the hairstylist why that much? She state she got a long hair(just an inch below the shoulder) I am not coming back to this place ever !

Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. Being fairly new in town I have not yet found my «home» salon and have been trying different places around getting mediocre results. My typical hair style is blonde highlights, and out of frustration a few months ago I dyed my hair dark brown. It looked great and although I wasn’t in love with my hair it did the trick and I avoided salons for a while. Salon DeJan was my hope before I started a new job to get my regular hairstyle back. I went into the appointment on the Friday at 5:30pm before my new job started on Monday with a realistic mind frame thinking it would take time for my dark hair to be turned back to the blonde highlights that I love so much… even multiple trips if necessary, I wasn’t expecting miracles, just begin the process of getting my hair lighter. I explained my wants to the hairstylist Pablo and showed him a picture of the«look» I was going for and off to work he went. He was a great conversationalist, and looked as if he was taking his time, he did mention to me this would be process. My only request was please don’t turn my hair orange. After sitting in the chair for goodness knows how long, and the bleach burning my ears, neck and scalp he finally shampooed me and when I looked in the mirror with my hair still wet I said, it’s orange. He adamantly said back«trust the process»…with a deep breath I said okay… then he asked how I wanted my hair cut. Granted, this is the first time he asked me that in the 3 hours I had been in the chair. I showed him another picture, I wanted a long angled bob cut where it was short in the back and long in the front. He proceeded to have what I would deem as a hissy fit, stating he did all that work at the back of my hair and now I want to cut it all off… I jokingly replied back… well you never asked me… Again in my head I’m thinking«trust the process». After the guilt trip he laid on my I gave in just saying to cut off the dead ends and leave it at that… at this point I just wanted out. After the cut was done, and the hair was blow dried I excitedly looked int he mirror and had tears in my eyes. My hair was literally 4 different colors, blonde at the roots, red in the middle, dark brown chunks that were supposed to be low-lights, and strawberry blonde. My hair resembled the colors of a calico cat. He began telling me I look great and I would love it in the morning, and that the salon lights were causing it to look more red than it was. My hair looked thin, over processed, and not anything like I expected. I paid and went home thinking okay, maybe it was the lighting… took one look in the mirror and broke into a crying spell… my hair looked awful and even worse than it did at the salon. I start a new job on Monday and needed this done… how horrible of a salon to let me walk out the door displeased, $ 115.00 down the drain(because I sure as heck won’t be returning to let them fix it), and now I have to scramble to try and get this fixed. Luckily I found a stylist who specializes in corrective color and I will have it fixed this weekend, but I will NEVER be going or recommending this Salon to anyone.

My worst experience ever! The stylist was not familiar with the trade, she kept pulling my hair constantly and was very hard handed. It took three hours to get done what usually takes half the time! Nothing to drink was offered. A very scary place.

Ive been going to this salon for several years. Kyle is my stylist and always does my hair exactly the way I want it. Pros: The staff are nice. The salon is clean. The décor is nice. The prices are competitive. There’s a Starbucks located in the same plaza. Cons: They’re located in NPR. ha! Oh. Friendly advice: Be sure to have cash on hand to tip your stylist!
