Sugar Darlings Cones and Cupcakes

Nothing bad to say about this place. I’ve tried cupcakes at many places and these beat my favorite cupcakes in Los Angeles. First tried the cakes in Dunedin and didn’t stop until I hunted down a main location. The cannoli cupcakes are to DIE for. The cakes are the perfect density and are not too sweet. (I get overwhelmed by desserts that are way too sweet) flavor pairings are magical. Literally anything you try will be amazing I can guarantee you that. And gourmet cupcakes for $ 1.50? So cheap!!! Excellent customer service as well.

Not sure what was going on. When they opened, none of the cupcakes were set out. Most were frozen in the ice cream case. I thought the cupcakes were fresh, not frozen. Chairs not set up and the place looked in total disarray. New ownership maybe? New manager? Whatever the reason was, I was very disappointed. The cupcake I got (one of the few unfrozen ones) was pretty flavorless. The one I really wanted was a key lime but they were some of the frozen ones. Hard to eat a rock-​hard cupcake.

Delicious cupcakes!!! This place is hidden in a small side street off a main highway so we found it by luck and good we did. Although there were not that many options on cupcakes, I have to say the two flavors I tried were delicious. The crème brûlée was moist and sweet while the lemon cookie was less sweet and a bit tangy. Both cupcakes had a yummy fillings in the center…
Rich lemon filling and creamy custard make up the center of these two decadent golden-​brown cupcakes.
Nothing better than biting into a moist cupcake and being surprised by a sweet creamy filling!
They also have good ice cream. I only tried the Red velvet. Wow! That was amazing!!! What a treat! It had chunks of cake in every bite.
Prices are great for the great quality of their desserts. I got two delicious cream-​filled cupcakes and a cup of good ice cream for 5 $. Awesome deal!
Customer service was also great. The young lady who helped us was very helpful and polite even when the place got busy. The establishment is small and casual but cozy. It is perfect for a quick stop for good dessert.
I will definitely recommend this place. I am not sure if they have coffee… I hope they do.

Best cupcakes ever. I LOVE cupcakes and we’re new in town, so I did some serious research when it was getting close to my birthday. I decided to go with sugardarlings and checked their Facebook page for today’s flavors and saw they were having a sale! Yay! The service was wonderful, the girl behind the counter was happy, friendly and made a big fuss when my husband mentioned it’s my birthday. They have so many fantastic flavors, it was so hard to choose! I got cotton candy, crème brulé, chocolate banana, chocolate mint, chocolate peanut butter, chocolate butterscotch. They are the most moist, delicious cupcakes ever! Just the right size and super flavorful. Amazing cupcakes.

There has never been a better cupcake in the history of mankind. They don’t seem to give you that sugar rush after eating a few either. The assortment of cupcakes is amazing as well. Cannot recommend Sugar Darlings any higher!

If you want to taste the most amazing wonderful cupcakes in the world this is where you need to go. The first time I tried one it was indescribable the best thing I had ever tasted. I am not a huge sweet eater but let me tell you I will buy 3 dozen of mixed cupcakes and freeze them just because they are the Best thing I actually hoard them from my children… lol please share their page try their product & tell your friends you will NOT be disappointed I promise

THE BEST CUPCAKES EVER!!! My father ordered 50+ for a function at his Church, they were an immediate HIT!!! Soooo moist, delicious and filled with yummy goodness.
Every where I go I tell anyone and everyone that «You’ve just GOT to try Sugar Darlings», sharing that they have THE best cupcakes around with a few locations to help you fill your immediate sugar (cupcakes) fix!!!
Their flavors are fun and exciting great for kids AND adults! :)
My husband is a diabetic, and is VERY picky about his «sugar free» sweets, and I thought I would let him try them WITHOUT sharing that bit of information. Guess what, he TOTALLY loved them!

This place rocks! If you like cup cakes, this is the place for you. While the selection goes fast there is usually a broad selection of flavors. I recommend the red velvet or cannoli cup cakes… both were unbelievable!

Amazingness! I cannot remember ever having a better cupcake. You can also find them on facebook to get specials and the flavors of the day. I think my favorite to date would be The Elvis (PB and banana).

This place has the best cupcakes in portrichey. I especially like the peanut butter and jelly one
