I went to the clinic today. I checked in and the receptionist was very friendly. When I was called into the exam room Sara took my vitals and health history, she was very pleasant and professional. I was seen by Mike, PA who treated me with respect and put me on an antibiotic prednisone and a Nurse gave me an injection. I am a nurse and felt I received excellent health care.

I have been to this urgent care several times and my experiences have been totally the opposite of what the previous reviews state. This office is always busy, so that indicates to me that this is an office people are returning to use. Which is probably why there are only a couple of reviews, and as everyone knows, people are more likely to post a bad review as opposed to many people who had good experiences not posting a review at all. Well, I am one of those many patients who enjoyed my visit at Trinity Urgent Care. The staff is always friendly, and a smile always greets me at the reception desk. It is usually a busy office, so you have to expect to wait, but the care you receive is worth it. Remember, this is an urgent care office, so it is first come, first serve, unless it’s a major emergency, which you should have gone to the ER any way, lol! The nurses are wonderful, always personable and concerned to your needs. I was never felt rushed, and they listened carefully to my reasoning for being there. The doctors were always concerned as well, and very friendly. There were no problems with billing and insurance issues whatsoever. The only concern I had was the office temperature has been very warm every time I visit, but that is a very minor issue that could be easily fixed. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone. Very clean, new office, friendly staff! A+

I came in to have my knee looked at. They weren’t particularly busy, but the doctor seemed to rush through his exam. He did a basic palpation of the area, asks me if I could bend it, but didn’t really engage me at all, didn’t ask me what I was doing to help relieve my own pain. He saw me for about 2 minutes. In that time, he speed talked, he asked if I had a primary care physician, and that I should really see her. He said I should probably see an Ortheapeadist, and I should, but all he wanted to do was get me the hell out of there. I’m glad that I didn’t have a huge co-pay on this visit or I’d be highly upset by the lack of care I received. The last time I was here they at least took an Xray and checked to make sure nothing was wrong. This guy didn’t even compare the swelling to the other knee. Like others before me, it seeems like this might just be a mill. Especially when it comes to prescribing RX’s. I had to remind the Physician about my own drug interactions based on what I take and that he can not prescribe anything with ibuprofen. He seemed put off by that. Oh well, at least I know what I’m OK to have. WOULDNOTRETURN.

I personally had a bad experience with this place too. I did a urine test for employment purpose only. After 11 days, I went for the third interview to make sure all the drug test, background checks, and other records are good to go as required. There must been about 50 people in that room. I was there 2 hours before being called. All that wait and just to find out that my urine test result was not in. I had spoke to Suncoast urgent care, e-screen, and the lab to multiple people and got nowhere with them. They finally told me the lab is looking for the sample because they count not find it, what? WTF… I remember to remind that lady that took the sample to make sure everything is ok and good to go. If any problem please call me. She said, «oh, everything will be fine». Sure… grrrrrrr Now I’m running in circle for what reason again? I cannot just walk in to get another test because it will have to go through E-screen and they report it online. If your is involve, I would NOT recommend it based on my personal experience. :(

The staff made me feel very rushed, Tim didn’t even look at me when I was explaining my issues and he obviously did not hear all of my issues because one of my symptoms were listed on my discharge papers to seek immediate care if… But the real issue is that 3 days later when my problems are still the same and hundreds of dollars later I call to ask to speak to the doctor to see if she can try something else and the staff rudely informs me that she is too busy to take calls and that we should just go to the er. It comes off to me that there is zero concern for patient well being at this clinic, because if there were the doc would have taken 5 minutes to talk to me.
