The actual buildings are nice and clean and well lit. Unfortunately their billing practices and customer service leave a lot to be desired. They will send you your bill let every month so that you end up paying a late fee every time. The office girls are downright hostile and rude when you come in the office. Their online account/​payment system doesn’t work, and no one can be bothered to figure out why.
