This specific UPS Store seems to be very different then the others in the area of Trinity. The manager/​owner is usually the only one working and is extremely rude. He has no customer service skills, attempts to overcharge and is condescending. I drive out of the way so I do not have to deal with this man. Its a shame because the store is in a convenient location and typically I enjoy the UPS store and their employees.
