Trinity Family Physicians

I started going there when they first opened several years ago. In the beginning, they were awesome, they took your picture and knew you when you walked in the door. Since then it has been all downhill. You get treated like a number when ever you go, even when you go a few weeks in a row. I use to think it was the staff to blame, but have come to believe it is the Doctor’s direction. They always have a long wait and a crowded waiting room. It seems like they tripple book each time slot, and look to file you through as quick as possible.
After over 7 years, I get a form letter from them that they can’t see me anymore. No call, no conversation, just the bum rush. Before this I always defended the Dr. thinking it was his staff making things terrible. I would share with him my disappointment, and tell him that he was the only reason I was still going. I thought I had a relationship with him that, if he felt I should change, that he would have the courtesy to tell me to my face «you seem unhappy with us, why don’t you see if you can find someone who better meets your needs» (I would have been ok with that and respected the decision) but no, nothing but a certified letter. Come to find out I’m not the only one.

rude unprofessional and uncaring. .all about upsell from vitamin supplements to their gross alf. treated my elderly parents and showed no care or respect.
