The owner and staff are exceptional! I have my own meats mixed and processed there. the prices are reasonable and the staff does a great job. They have many varieties of meats, brats, chicken with flavors that are not found elsewhere. The owner and staff make sure your orders done perfect every time. It’s worth the drive!

Minneapolis, MN
Even though it’s a bit of a drive from Minneapolis, their Tarragon Brats are worth every bit of the hassle. Their meats rival any you’re going to find at the farmer’s markets or any specialty butcher shop, and the prices are very competitive. I’m a big brat fan, and I’ve tried several different kinds for several different places, and these are easily the best. Their ring bologna is also worth mentioning, which is always requested by my cousins in Colorado when I visit them.
The only downside is that they close at 1 pm on Saturdays, which is unfortunate, but it’s usually not too tough to make it in time.
