Stopped for lunch, seems like this is more of a breakfast place even at noon.
Place is not real large so you end up having to listen to other people’s conversations.
Best thing they could do is add some music to the place to help prevent this.
I love my kids but I would prefer not to hear about other people’s kids and their issues.

I have to agree with the other reviewers, but don’t pass this place by. The owners are fabulous along with the food. I’m so glad I was desperate for a breakfast joint and found this little treasure. I’m in love with the French toast made with Apple bread and my 5 year could not be happier with the artistry that went into her bear pancake.

I live within walking distance of several restaurants, yet i drive 30 miles to go to the Next Door Café. Great food and good prices. Big portions.

Good small town café, never left disappointed in food or service. It’s a little greasy food, but still good, but the service is always great. I love coming here after a night of drinking!

This was a pleasant surprise. Expected small town café with dusty knick knacks… quite the opposite. Walked into a small, but uncluttered establishment. Very cozy, modern, clean!!! Then menu was more then sufficient in selection. Pleasant, prompt wait staff brought us a breakfast that was out of this world. I would recommend to everyone… have already to several. Since we travel that way quite often I’m sure this will be our go to breakfast stop.

I had one of the breakfast skillets. Eggs, hash brown, sausage, and bacon all mixed into one great breakfast. Price was reasonable and service was good. My kids had plenty to eat as the pancakes were large. We even got some breakfast to go for one member in our group that decided to stay in bed. Thanks for a great breakfast!
