We ordered the giant subs for our Team River Runner event (we teach kayaking to veterans). The presentation was outstanding, ingredients fresh, and they threw in some free cookies as well! The veterans, who have been enduring Ft. Thomas VA food, commented on the excellent sandwiches.

The food and basic service was typical — no real complaints. The real customer service is dreadful. I visited on June 1 and was charged $ 6.75 for a $ 5 foot long. Two weeks to too long for a credit. I had a code for a free cookie but was told it can only be redeemed by the store that I reviewed on their website to earn the freebie. Lastly, I did not have my points card with me on June 1 but they could not add points after the sale even though I had the receipt. I have to mail my receipt to the corporate office to have those posted. Generally their «Committee to prevent satisfied customers» is doing a fine job.
