Kristen W. Kennedy

Note that this review is based on my initial booking with her and that I plan to delete and rewrite (I have a gut feeling that the next time will be a 5 star experience!)
I’ve sent some clients over to the Golden Needle and had great results every time but it’s always nice to have more to refer!
I’ve been needing more tailors to refer clients to and found out about Kristen from Stephanie at Vive La Femme who said that she is AMAZING so I had contacted Kristen.
I booked a fitting with Kristen for a personal shopping client of mine, unfortunately, after booking, Kristen contacted me and had to cancel because she felt like she committed herself to more than she could handle at this time. This is VERY VERY bad for my business because as she knew, my client is coming all the way out from Rockford to use both of our services. Luckily, I booked with another tailor who I read about in the Unilocal forums (her review to come tomorrow after our appointment!).
I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1 for the mere fact that
1. She was a referral from a boutique owner I trust.
2. She seemed to know what she was talking about over the phone.
3. I liked her personality over the phone.
I will indeed try her services when she’s ready.
So, I’m writing this review to put her name out there in hopes that someone who has tried her and loved her services writes their good review.
