Stay away from Bill Jugenheimer, the owner of Prescott Paradise! I booked a reservation in June for November and when I realized in June that I had made an honest mistake and the November dates were not available, he refused to refund my «non-​fundable» deposit of $ 200. Instead he not only rented the property for the incorrect dates, he chose to keep my $ 200 deposit. There’s a good reason the man has properties all over the map. He’s an unethical business man.
