The first time I ordered from Al Forno, it was for a party. The kids loved the pizza… it was hot and fresh at delivery, ordering was a joy, and the fellow who took the order and delivered was friendly and helpful… super-​respectful. We have ordered several times since, and have always had the same experience. The Buffalo Chicken pizza is to die for, as is the Veggi Panini (my favorite!). We have lived in New Rochelle for about forever… and this is now our go-​to for take out and pizza. Mama, Papa and kids (and guests) are always happy. Keep doing what you are doing, because you are doing it right! Oh and btw, they always give you a menu with coupons — some really good deals there, so take advantage!

Stopped in on my lunch break for some soup. Al Forno is right across from CVS and was a convenient stop for when I was done there. I ordered soup only and the place was mostly empty. Not kidding — it took nearly 15 minutes for my soup to be ready. Clearly it takes longer than 15 minutes to start it from scratch, so that wasn’t it. I can’t imagine it would have taken 15 minutes to ladle it from a pot simmering on the stove, so that wasn’t it. Must have been heated from frozen, but way too heated since I scalded all my taste buds off on the first sip. I THINK it tastes okay, but why so many beans, and ENORMOUS hunks of garlic?!
You have such delicious-​looking pizza and other food… Maybe get out of the soup business. Your heart doesn’t seem in it.

Best Pizza in New Rochelle. Very good prices.
I got small Pepperoni, peppers, onions, and an order of Mozzarella & Tomato and it was really good. I like the music that they play inside. Real cool atmosphere.
Will go back for sure.

By far the best pizza in town. Everybody inside is always smiling and the atmosphere is great. Beautiful clean design as well. Their food other than pizza is also amazing.

Ordered the Grandma’s Pizza and it came out amazing. We at NY Impact, Inc. appreciate the quick delivery, hot and delicious food you provide. Wings were hot and meaty. and the chicken caesar salad was perfect. Definitely will be ordering from here again.

New pizza place right by the college — we ordered a large thin pepperoni and the Al Forno hero.
Pizza: pepperoni slices were what you would expect of a pepperoni. Pizza sauce didn’t have a lot of flavor to it. Undercrust/​crust — the vehicle of all things cheese, saucy, and extra, was floppy, even when the pizza was folded.
Al Forno hero:
This sandwich had a good value — and very filling for 8 bucks and change! Shaved steak, red peppers, mixed greens, fresh mozzarella, and balsamic dressing. I could only eat half of the hero before I called it quits.
I would probably go for their heros again, not really the pizza (I like more substantial thin crusted pizzas).
Oh, and PS: delivery was SUPER quick. They showed up within 20 minutes after I ordered online.
