Cool place and friendly staff. Could spend a lot of time in there. I hope they bring their site up to date and get more active on social media. There is a lot of potential since home brewing and craft beer is exploding. Classes would be great!

Holy homebrewing haven! I can’t recall the last time I saw so many items under one roof! Everything from billable grains to yeasts to wine making sets to hops flavored candies can be found here. It was a bit of a trek from good ol’ Rhody but worth the travels for the vast offerings.

This place is little hole in the wall, essentially a glorified closet, but FULL of the right stuff. I wandered in there, not knowing much about recipes or equipment, and full of questions.
The staffer there was more than willing to chat about recipes preferences, and logistics, steering us towards a proper set up and recipes.
Anyone who is even considering getting into the craft should go and check this place out!
One but to note, we went previously in the week, and the owner was working the counter, he was a bit less inspired to help us out, so we decided to sleep on the decision to buy. On the weekend a different fellow was at the counter, and he seemed much more gregarious and driven to help us, perhaps a weekend trip is the way to go for question/​answer style purchasing!

I love this store.
Aside from the really friendly and helpful staff, they have just about everything I need to brew wine and beer. If we run out of supplies at home, I know we can take a quick trip to the Homebrew store and find what we’re looking for.
Brewing your own beer is a really cost-​effective hobby, and these guys keep the prices low for us. They had National Homebrew Day event in the spring, and it was a lot of fun to make our own and meet other homebrewers. They also have a really tiny cheese and yogurt kit section, if you want to dabble in other projects.
